Continuing popularity of food preservation (FP) during COVID-19 maintains varying risk perceptions among consumers. The Food Safety Action Team modified three FP in-person workshops for a virtual platform, and created a new virtual workshop on herbs and spices, to meet consumer interests in a sustainable food system during the pandemic.
