This session showcases the Master Gardener Food Preservation Consultant course and toolkit. Subject matter and volunteer management experts co-created a unique online course expanding the network of qualified volunteers to provide research-based food preservation information. Attendees will learn how to approach program design and implementation through a collaborative approach lens.
