A former Fulbright scholar, Charlie is an expert on FSMA, preventive controls, and cloud technologies for food safety plan development. Prior to co-founding FSG, Charlie worked a half-dozen farms and cheese plants in Europe and the U.S., manufacturing and processing specialty cheese and milk products. Charlie is a frequent panelist and speaker for regulatory compliance panels and seminars, and is an FSPCA PCHF, PCAF and FSVP Lead Instructor. Charlie, along with his identical twin brother, Michael, is also an accomplished television personality as a Food Network Chopped Finalist and Winner of the Great Food Truck Race (Series 7).
