Gina Owen has been with Ecolab for over 20 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry. Gina began her career at Ecolab as a Microbiologist where she was the project lead for all customer related micro activities. She later moved onto Ecolab’s Technical Account Management team, as lead Technical Account Manager, for Ecolab’s largest QSR customer, providing technical support in building food safety systems and procedures, evaluating food equipment, providing regulatory support and health department consultation. Gina is a Registered Sanitarian and is currently the RDE Program Leader driving Ecolab’s QSR food safety innovation platform including sanitizers, disinfectants, produce wash, water filtration and digital food safety platforms. She also manages customer food safety initiatives and projects enhancing account food safety culture and delivering solutions.
