We’re seeking today’s leaders to engage consumers and promote food safety in the age of COVID-19. We’re also focusing on home food safety and hygiene — recognizing that Americans are cooking at home more now than ever.
The event will bring together federal partners, the latest research, and the creative outreach programming of BAC Fighters, an active network of 13,000 health and food safety educators. This is the only conference in the U.S. dedicated to consumer food safety education.
Sessions will focus on two tracks:
- Cutting Through Clutter: What’s Working to Engage Consumers?
- Safe Food Handling in Today’s Food Landscape
Plus, posters will explore Food Safety Education Program Successes:
- Engaging consumers and promoting food safety in the age of COVID-19
- Home food safety and hygiene. Americans are cooking at home more now than ever, which means that food safety and hand hygiene need to be a priority. Share your insight on how consumers can make their cooking safer and healthier.
You will be contacted regarding your submission on or prior to November 13, 2020. Thank you for your interest!
